Higganum Custom Build

Recently completed, the existing home was demolished to make room for a larger, more comfortable home for the family. Coastal worked closely with the owners, making changes as necessary, to create the home they dreamed of.  The family moved in slightly ahead of schedule and under budget, just in time to enjoy the holidays in their spacious new home. We wish them many years of happiness in their new home!

We received a note from the homeowner recently following an energy audit he had conducted on their home:  "Just ran the blow test. They try to get houses down to 2900 cubic ft/min escaping. This house was only losing 1600 .. the guys were blown away! I told them, 'It's a Scarpa house!' "
