Stonington Borough Realty Office

This historic building has had a long and interesting life, having served the Stonington Borough residents as a pharmacy for many years, a private residence and mixed used. The facade of the building has seen many changes over the decades, leaving the building with outdated siding that blocked an entry and front windows.  The exterior renovation is the final phase of the total makeover of this stately building: the previously blocked-off windows and front entry are once again visible and usable, the old clapboard siding and lead paint have been removed and replaced with Hardie fiber cement siding in a suble grey color with bright white trim, and the front entry has been painted in a beautiful period-color deep blue (photo to come of the final color).  We now await the arrival of the new front entry door to complete the project. So nice to bring back the quality, grace, and charm of old buildings.
