DP Partners Corporate Offices

This exciting project is the corporate headquarters of DP Partners. This building overlooking the Niantic River will house 5,000 sq ft of executive office space, featuring reclaimed wood curved ceilings, beam, walls and roof collar ties. All the must-haves are inlcuded -- gymnasium, full custom kitchen and bar with concrete counters, a 16' glass water wall, huge two-sided gas fireplace with stone surround running to the 18' tall cathedral ceiling, glass-walled conference rooms, fiber cement shingle siding, standing seam copper roof, and elevator, all surrounded by a 1,500 sq ft Ipe deck.  The building is built on concrete piers above flood elevation per FEMA regs. This amazing  building promises to be a spectacular focal point for this up-and-coming waterside village.  The project is due to be compelted in the Summer of 2018.
