Preston Post & Beam Custom Build

This 6,000 square foot home sits high on a hill in Preston and showcases serene pasture and lake views.  The open floor plan of this post-and-beam constructed home made placement of the mechanicals a challenge.  The home's focal point is the stunning 10 foot square, back-to-back fireplace with granite veneer, reaching 35 feet high to the tongue-and-groove western red cedar ceiling. The handsome wide board flooring was reclaimed from a local mushroom farm, adding character and warmth. This house also boasts a heated driveway and salt water pool, among other very unique features.
